2. Use of our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on your devices for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, except where the law allows it.

3. Information only, no professional advice

Our apps are provided for convenience. Results (for example unit conversions) are approximations and may differ from official values, which can vary by region. Do not rely on them for legal, financial, surveying, or other professional decisions without verifying with official sources.

4. Ads and third-party services

Some apps show ads from Google AdMob. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of ads or third-party sites. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, the Zortino name, logo, and website content belong to Zortino. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names are trademarks of their owners.

6. No warranty

The apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zortino is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps or website.

8. Changes

We may update the apps, the website, or these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
